These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website bowl-modular.com and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

“Products” refers to the goods available for purchase on our website

3. Products and Pricing

3.1 Product information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations in color may occur due to screen settings. Technical specifications are provided for informational purposes.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include Belgian VAT (21%) for orders shipped within the EU. For orders outside the EU, prices are exclusive of any import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

3.3 Errors

In the event of an obvious pricing error (e.g., a product listed at €0.10 instead of €10), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.

4. Orders

4.1 Placing an order

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, or have parental consent
The information you provide is accurate and complete
You are authorized to use the payment method provided

4.2 Order confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and Bowl Modular is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation email.

4.3 Order acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Product unavailability
Errors in product or pricing information
Suspected fraudulent activity
Inability to verify payment

If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund.

5. Payment

5.1 Payment methods

5.2 Payment processing

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

5.3 Payment timing

Payment is due at the time of placing your order. Orders are not processed until payment is received in full.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping rates and delivery times

6.2 Dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

6.3 Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

6.4 Risk of loss

For consumers within the EU, risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a person you have nominated) takes physical possession of the products.

6.5 Customs and import duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

7.1 Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

7.2 Exercising your right of withdrawal

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

7.3 Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but not any additional costs if you chose a delivery option other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than:

14 days after we receive the returned goods, or
14 days after you provide evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier

We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

7.4 Return shipping

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

7.5 Condition of returned goods

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

8. Returns and Refunds

8.1 Extended return period

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition.

8.2 How to return

Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

8.3 Return shipping costs

Unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

8.4 Refund processing

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

8.5 Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

Products that have been used, damaged, or altered
Products not in their original condition

9. Defective Products and Warranty

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 General

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bowl Modular shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.

11.2 Maximum liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

11.3 Exclusions

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by our negligence

12. Force Majeure

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13.2 Consumer protection

If you are a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions.

13.3 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium. However, if you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you reside.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
